The Europa League has been awarded to four European teams and the four winners will advance to the knockout stages of the 2018-19 tournament.
This has been announced by Uefaflop in the wake of the results of UEFA’s executive committee.
In order to win the Europa League, one club must have a winning record in the group stage and three must have an overall average rating of more than 2.0.
If the Europa Leagues final is played in the same day, then the two teams who were eliminated will face each other to determine who will go on to play in the final.
The two winners of the Europa La Liga will then meet in the Europa Cup.
The final will be held on March 1 in Belgrade and will be played at a neutral venue.
The winner of the tournament will then play for a berth in the 2018 FIFA World Cup, which is being held in Russia.
