Events and events management company Eventful.com reported Thursday that its annual third quarter earnings fell to $1.35 billion.
That’s down 6.5% from a year earlier.
That’s down 13% from the $1 billion that the company raised in its IPO in 2015.
It reported a loss of $11.9 million.
It’s also down a bit from the nearly $2 billion in revenue that it earned in 2016.
That was the second consecutive year that it fell short of analysts’ estimates for the quarter.
The company raised $1,700 million from investors in 2016, the first year in which it reported revenues of $2.5 billion.
It also had a record year in the third quarter, with revenues of more than $1 trillion.
The fourth quarter was a mixed bag for the company.
The company’s shares fell by 8% to $23.93 at the close.
